Yesterday, I took photos of one of my favorite families. They have blessed our family abundantly, and I think this was one of my more entertaining photo shoots. One would think that photographing a family with grown children would be easier than little ones. Hmmm. Not so much. But I did get to laugh a good bit, and just for fun, I have included a few of the "out-takes" which happen to be some of my favorites as well.

Family Fun in Jamestown-- Triad, NC Photographer

What better gift to give to your mother? Family photographs! I had a fabulous time photographing this family in Jamestown. This winter will mark 35 years of marriage for mom and dad! It is always a joy to watch a family interact... I hope when my kids are grown, they will still be willing to take family photographs. Here are a few of my favorites...

Morning at Salem -- Winston Salem Photographer

I had a great morning taking photos on the Salem College campus, which is absolutely beautiful. Four lovely children, who had no issues with the camera and were so well behaved, made my job not only easy, but fun!

I can only show you two of the kiddos as the other two are currently in the foster care system. A reminder for all that I give FREE photo sessions for any children that are currently in the Davidson County foster care system. I was touched by meeting this sweet family, and encouraged as well.

An Evening in the Country -- Davidson County, NC Photographer

Nothing like a mild summer evening out in the country with dear friends and my camera. I'm always honored to have friends hire me for their portraits. My family lucked out and we were invited back the next day to go swimming. Ahhh. Life in the country is blissful.
