This was a sweet session from a few months ago. As I have more time over the winter months, maybe I'll get around to posting some of the many sessions from 2011. It has been a blessed year, as Light of Mine Photography has grown! No need for advertising, as word of mouth does wonders. Happy customers brings me joy!
I spent a brisk morning at the NC Transportation museum photographing a fabulous family. Despite the kazillion Boy Scouts who apparently were camping there for a weekend Jamboree, we got several great shots! What a fun place for a photo shoot. I love the picture of the 3 boys pointing up at a helicopter (or maybe plane... I was busy taking their picture ;-) A sweet family indeed!
I have once again gotten slack on updating my photography blog... but since this is fresh out of the camera, I figured it would be fun to post. Plus give the bride a sneak peak ;-) These are some of my favorites from the evening.
Hurley Park continues to be a favorite location this spring, with 2 back to back shoots there this week. I have only had the opportunity to take a handful of senior portraits over the past couple years, but I really enjoy working with seniors. I have had the pleasure to work with some really creative young people, and this session was no exception.
I hope this young lady will look at these pictures one day and smile, remembering the excitement and adventure that lay before her... leaving childhood behind, and moving towards independence.
